Whether you’re looking for someone to do your tile work or to help you through a project, Jennifer is the one! Knowledgeable, dependable, professional, courteous, artistic, flexible, reasonably priced, the list goes on. Not only did she install tile for me, but also helping me with my trim work (molding), plumbing, in-floor heating (radiant heat) and general troubleshooting. Essentially anything I needed done, she was there.
Her communication skills cannot be beat! If you’re looking for an honest, hardworking, knowledgeable contractor, this woman is AMAZING! With the patience of a saint and the heart of a lion, this lady will not disappoint you, ever!
She worked with my crazy schedule (even working weekends), walked me through things I could do myself via email or phone, letting me help where I could and allowed me to be part of the processes when I chose to do so.

We absolutely love the tile work Jennifer did and she was wonderful to work with. We wanted to use recycled glass tile from Bedrock Industries for our backsplash in the kitchen and a mix of recycled glass tiles and subway tile in our bath surround. She just did a fantastic job with both. We will call her again with any other tile jobs we need done.

Jennifer Chang was a terrific asset to our new construction project. She promptly returned our phone calls and email and came to the house to offer suggestions. Whether you want someone to do the entire project start to finish or you want to be more hands on, Jennifer is the person for you. I wanted to learn more about tile installation and Jennifer was a great teacher. She is very detail oriented in her work and has great ideas and suggestions to offer. I definitely felt like pleasing us was her top priority. We wouldn't have been able to have the quality of work done in our house had it not been for Jennifer. Highly recommended!

Jennifer Chang helped me tile my bathroom sinks and my bath tub area. The custom painting of the San Juan Islands came out perfect and I couldn't be more pleased! She is professional, flexible, hard-working, and extremely talented. I would recommend her to anyone who is thinking of tackling a tile project, big or small. She is the BEST!

Jennifer Chang did an amazing, complete remodel of the bathroom in our 1910 Craftsman. She worked quickly and efficiently, the quality of her work was superb, and she came in on budget for us. Jennifer is a good listener and was fantastic at taking our vague descriptions and putting them in motion with her special, creative flair. Examples include the manner in which she took our hideous 70s-era vanity mirror and transformed it, using bead board and tile, into a period-appropriatecenterpiece, which our visitors compliment again and again. Other examples include the subtle grout colors, which pick up our towel set, and the antique-style shower curtain rings in the shape of hot/cold handles. She managed the whole project from start to finish, hired a reasonable plumbing sub, and gave us back our house quicker than expected. We started with a bathroom, which we literally entered in the "Ugliest Bathroom in America" contest sponsored by Home Interiors Magazine.
